Our expertise includes sales department automation, CRM–website data synchronization, custom executive dashboards, and the development of tailored business solutions from scratch. Over the past 8 years, we have successfully delivered more than 170 projects across 13 countries and 29 industries.

As we continue to scale our delivery operations, we are looking for a Middle Project Manager with proven experience in managing CRM implementation projects and delivering business solutions.

The mission of this role is to transform client requirements into successfully delivered projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards, and ensuring clients receive a fully functional system that drives measurable business results.

Required qualifications:

3+ years of experience in Project Management, or a proven track record of managing 30+ client-facing IT, CRM, SaaS, or business automation projects.
Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to select the most appropriate approach for each project.
Hands-on experience managing project scope, risks, timelines, budgets, and stakeholders.
Ability to handle challenging client communications calmly, professionally, and constructively.
Strong organizational skills with a systematic approach to task management, documentation, and follow-ups.
Ability not only to identify problems but also to propose practical solutions.
Basic understanding of CRM systems, business processes, automation, integrations, and SaaS products.

Nice to have:

Experience implementing CRM or ERP solutions.
Experience working in a consulting, agency, or service-based IT environment.
Experience managing 10+ active client projects of varying complexity simultaneously.
Experience working with fixed-price, time-and-materials (hourly billing), or hybrid engagement models.
Understanding of project profitability and margin management.
Experience collaborating closely with business analysts and software developers.
Ability to leverage AI tools for meeting notes, status reporting, risk analysis, and task structuring.

Manage CRM implementation projects from initiation to successful delivery.
Plan project phases, tasks, timelines, resources, and key milestones.
Coordinate the work of business analysts, developers, sales, and support teams.
Facilitate project kick-off, status update, and project closure meetings with clients.
Document agreements, decisions, risks, and next steps to ensure alignment and accountability.
Ensure project tasks are properly tracked, prioritized, and kept up to date in Zoho Projects rather than getting lost in chats or emails.
Manage scope changes by proactively identifying additional requirements, initiating effort estimations, and aligning stakeholders on timelines and budgets.
Identify and mitigate risks before they become issues.
Maintain transparent and effective communication with both clients and internal teams.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s delivery processes, including templates, checklists, status reports, and communication standards.
