👋 Hi! We are a leading CRM systems integrator helping businesses automate sales, analytics, and customer service.

We work on projects such as sales department automation, CRM and website data integration, custom dashboards for management, and development of tailor-made solutions from scratch. Over the past 8 years, we have successfully delivered 170+ projects across 13 countries and 29 industries.

We are currently scaling our delivery direction and looking for a Middle CRM Business Analyst with proven hands-on experience in CRM implementation — from business analysis to full system launch.

The mission of this role is to transform a client’s business processes into a working CRM system that the team actually uses, and that management relies on for data-driven decision-making.

What we’re looking for in you:

  1. You have completed at least 2–3 full-cycle CRM implementation projects — from discovery to launch — where you were personally responsible for the final result. Ideally, you have experience with Zoho CRM, but we also consider candidates with experience in other complex systems such as Odoo or BAS. We are готовы to provide mentoring and onboarding support during the first stage.
  2. You have conducted discovery sessions: analyzing clients’ business processes and documenting them in a clear and structured way.
  3. You can design CRM architecture based on business logic — not simply “how the system is built.”
  4. You have hands-on experience configuring CRM systems independently (no-code / low-code), not just gathering requirements.
  5. You are confident enough to say “no” to a client when a proposed solution may negatively impact the outcome — and can clearly explain your reasoning.
  6. You know how to create tasks for developers and validate the quality of implementation.
  7. You have a solid understanding of core business processes in sales and marketing.

Nice to have:

  1. Ability to read and understand developers’ code.
  2. Understanding of APIs and webhooks.

This role is about helping clients grow their businesses. That’s why it’s important to have strong exposure to solving real business challenges through automation.

In this role, you will:

  1. Analyze clients’ business processes, gather and refine business requirements, and transform them into CRM solution logic and functional development tasks.
  2. Independently configure CRM systems using no-code / low-code tools and prepare them for launch.
  3. Create tasks for developers and validate the quality of delivered solutions.
  4. Work with clients as a consultant: justify decisions, set boundaries, and take responsibility for results.
  5. Ensure the quality of CRM solutions through testing, validation, and system launch.
  6. Propose and implement improvements to CRM solutions according to the evolution of the client’s business processes.
  7. Conduct demo presentations and train client teams on how to use the system effectively.
