Introduction

In today’s business environment, effective customer relationship management is a key success factor. The company VERBA implemented a basic CRM with another integrator but faced the problem that the previous integration company no longer wanted to perform quality modifications and provide support. The previous integrators took a long time to respond to problems or requests from the manager.

Company Description

Verba-VV is a Ukrainian company specializing in the production of wood products. The main activities include the manufacture of pallet blanks, fuel wood pellets from sawdust, charcoal, wooden packaging material (pallets), and their components. The company uses modern equipment and technologies, allowing it to maintain high-quality standards. Verba-VV provides customers with products that meet European standards and hold an EPAL license.

  • Conduct an audit of existing business processes and settings.
  • Develop a development and automation plan for the sales department based on Zoho One.
  • Set up printed forms of commercial offers.

Implementation Process

  • Completed an audit of processes and existing settings:
  • Conducted interviews with the company’s manager to analyze business processes.
  • Conducted interviews with the head of the sales department and the chief manager.
  • Conducted interviews with the head of the logistics department and the chief manager.
  • Developed a plan for automation and settings.
  • Configured the Deals, Counterparties, Contacts, and Commercial Proposal modules.
  • Connected employee emails.
  • Set up automation between modules: when the logistician marks the delivery status, the deal status changes.
  • Made adjustments to settings after previous contractors.

Results

  • The efficiency of the Verba sales department has increased.
  • Regular development of the system according to the requests of managers and the manager.
  • Work has significantly improved, CRM has become a system that is actually used, and both sales managers and logisticians work in it, unlike before.
