Introduction

In the modern business environment, effective customer relationship management is a key success factor. Laserestetics faced the problem of not being able to control the incoming traffic of requests and lacking up-to-date marketing analytics. Managers manually filled out reports and forgot about clients.

Company Description

Laser Estetics specializes in providing laser hair removal services. The company uses modern diode lasers that provide painless and effective hair removal. The salons, 14 in total, are located in several cities in Ukraine and Poland, including Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, and others. The company also ensures a high level of service and comfort for its clients.

Challenges

  • Clients are processed chaotically without a single algorithm.
  • There is no single process for handling incoming requests.
  • A lot of time is spent on daily and monthly reporting by the manager.
  • Communication with clients is in different programs without the possibility of timely control.
  • The workload and efficiency of managers are unclear.

Solution

  • Implementation of KeyCRM from scratch and connection of 19 sources into one system.
  • Development of a dashboard in Google Looker Studio with conversions by studios.
  • A series of trainings and certification for studio managers.

KeyCRM is a Ukrainian CRM system designed for small, medium, and large businesses. It provides effective customer relationship management through integration with various communication channels and business process automation. This system integrates with all messengers, websites, and telephony.

Implementation Process

  • Steps and stages of CRM implementation.
  • We conducted in-depth interviews with managers to build a sales funnel.
  • Developed a project plan and business process scheme.
  • Configured the system “turnkey”.
  • Connected 19 channels of potential client requests:
    • Two Instagram pages,
    • Two Facebook message pages,
    • Facebook forms,
    • Viber number,
    • Viber bot,
    • Telegram number,
    • Telegram bot,
    • company website with UTM-tag tracking,
    • Phone calls,
    • Email,
    • Quizzes.
  • Imported client database

Results

  • All 19 request channels are integrated – all in one window.
  • A systematic process for handling requests has been built.
  • Manual reporting was reduced by 100% – lead reports are generated automatically.
  • The workload on managers and their efficiency became clear.
  • The owner can more easily scale the studios.
