Uspacy CRM for “Industry” is the official representative and distributor of Develon equipment

The “Industriya” group of companies is the only company in Ukraine that is an official representative and distributor of Develon (formerly Doosan). They provide a full range of services, including sales, warranty, and post-warranty maintenance of modern road construction and quarry machinery from Develon.

Over 18 years of operation, the client has delivered over 300 models of DX series crawler excavators, 170 DX-W series wheel excavators, more than 600 DL and DISD series loaders, dozens of DX-Z series mini excavators, and other specialized Doosan (since 2023 – Develon) machinery, including Demolition excavators, tailored to specific client tasks.

Develon road construction and quarry machinery is available for viewing at exhibition sites in Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, Ternopil, and Mukachevo. Company specialists will help select the necessary attachments for Develon machinery for earthworks, demolition, construction, and other jobs.

The client approached the company with a request to implement the “Uspacy” system.

The main needs were as follows:

  • Transfer data from Bitrix24: contacts, deals, employees, tasks, and more.
  • Assistance in developing the sales business process.
  • Connect Binotel telephony for call recording.
  • Integrate with the website with the ability to collect UTM tags.

Work process:

  • We held a meeting to analyze preliminary wishes and system requirements.
  • Configured Uspacy:
    • Sales funnels.
    • Additional fields.
  • Connected virtual telephony to record all inquiries and the ability to listen to calls.
  • Integrated applications from the website with UTM tags to analyze advertising campaigns.
  • Transferred the customer base from Bitrix24.
  • Recorded video instructions on how to use the system.
  • We support the client and assist with additional questions.

What it was:

  • Clients were managed in notebooks.
  • There was no unified database to track deal statuses and sales funnels.
  • The activity of managers was unclear.

What it became:

  • All inquiries from potential clients of the client are automatically entered into the system.
  • The unified customer database is divided by access rights.
  • Sales funnels have been implemented for control and forecasting.
