🟠 The client requested the implementation of Zoho CRM.

  • Importing the customer database into the new system.
  • Integrating two landing pages of the company into Zoho CRM.
  • Integrating the webinar platform WebinarStars so that webinar leads are automatically added to the system after the session ends.
  • Integrating the payment system WayForPay.
  • Integrating access granting in the LMS system Kwiga after a manager makes a sale.
  • Integrating leads from the ManyChat chatbot platform.
  • Setting up business processes in Zoho CRM.
  • Configuring detailed analytics for sales and marketing.

🟢 How we helped implement the system:

    • We analyzed and documented the sales business process, then created sales funnels to provide clear “Rules of the Game” for managers.     • We configured sales department analytics, allowing the manager to view payments by day, the “bank of future” payments, and sales manager performance.
    • We set up marketing analytics, enabling the marketer to analyze key traffic sources, channels, UTM tags, and conversions by periods.
    • We developed automated business processes within the system.
    • We conducted 5 training sessions for managers and the manager.
    • We held an assessment to evaluate knowledge of the system.

We needed to implement duplicate control functionality, as a single potential client could attend dozens of webinars, and we needed to merge them into a single contact. To achieve this, we programmed our own “duplicate controller.”
