About the Customer
- Have been teaching for a long time since 2013 and received a license as a general educational institution, adapting the educational model of the USA to the Ukrainian reality while maintaining compliance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education of Ukraine.
- In School 977, children learn to adapt acquired knowledge and skills to reality, communicate with people, and work in systems, developing creativity and flexibility of thinking.
- Modern education is a priority for School 977 from the day of its foundation. We monitor the relevance and quality of educational materials.
- Parental control – parents receive their own access to the child’s personal account, allowing them to monitor the learning process and observe the successes of the student.

- Ability to transfer the client database from Bitrix24.
- Help in developing the sales business process.
- Work with multiple sales funnels: new and repeat sales.

What Was Done
Meetings and Analysis Conducted
- Two meetings were held to analyze previous requests and requirements for the system.
- We selected the Zoho system and developed a project calculation and implementation plan.
- After starting work, five meetings were held with the manager to audit existing processes and develop a sales funnel scheme with automation in mind.

Integrations and Additional Settings
- We connected virtual telephony to log all calls and listen to conversations.
- We integrated website requests with UTM tags for advertising campaign analysis.
- Setting the ability to specify children and parents in one card.
- We connected the client’s email for the ability to send letters.
- We integrated the chat-bot platform SmartSender with all messengers: Instagram, Facebook, Telegram.
- We transferred the client database from Bitrix24.
Training and Support
- Four meetings were held to train managers and the leader.
- We recorded video instructions for using the system.
- We supported the client and assisted with additional questions, adapting new managers.
Result
Before
- Clients were not systematically managed in Bitrix24.
- The account term was expiring, and there was a risk of data deletion (Bitrix deleted all systems in 2023).
After
- Sales processes are configured.
- All inquiries go into the system and are processed by managers.
- Analytics is generated automatically, and the manager can analyze indicators on the dashboard from a computer or phone.
- Manager control and their indicators are now transparent.
