Inferra Pack is a distributor of innovative, high-quality packaging materials and disposable tableware for the HoReCa segment and food retail in Ukraine.

The company is also an official representative in the Ukrainian market for global packaging brands manufactured in the USA, such as Fabri-Kal, Fold-Pak, and Pactiv. Inferra Pack focuses on an innovative approach and eco-friendly production technologies for packaging materials.

The client reached out with a request to systematize customer management processes to increase sales. The following challenges were outlined:

  1. No tracking system for potential inquiries about products, which made it impossible to plan marketing expenses.
  2. Customer information was scattered across various platforms, leaving the management without a unified client database or interaction history.
  3. There was no way to track the status of commercial proposals, leading to forgotten clients and missed opportunities.

🟢 How we helped solve these issues:

      • We selected a CRM system based on 43 criteria.

    • We developed a custom module for the client that enables the import of invoices from the 1C system into the CRM. This module automatically recognizes Excel documents and populates the necessary fields with data from the table, allowing the client to analyze invoiced sales.
    • Configured sales department analytics.
    • Integrated the website so that inquiries are automatically added to the system.
    • Held 5 training sessions for managers and the director.
    • Conducted a certification exam to assess CRM knowledge.
    • Created personalized video tutorials to assist in onboarding new managers.
    • Trained the international branch to use the system, significantly increasing their productivity.

    As a result, managers now have a convenient tool for managing their client base and scheduling reminders, while the director can oversee the department and plan for scaling up operations effectively.
