The main focus of the project was process automation so that information could move through the stages without manual duplication and data loss.
The solution used by the customer before Zoho was specialized for logistics but lacked the flexibility to refine and consolidate all processes into a single system.
G8toUS is an international logistics company that has been providing comprehensive freight transportation services between China, Ukraine, the US, Canada, and other countries for over seven years. The company organizes air, sea, road, and express transportation, selecting the optimal route depending on the urgency, volume, and type of cargo.
Among the goods transported are retail shipments for e-commerce, household and industrial cargo, textiles, electronics, furniture, and other dangerous or non-standard cargo.
